Refund policy

Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of hair accessories and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on scrunchies unless the item is defective.

Defective Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at etherscrunchie@gmail.com  with a photo of the defect within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
